We bring together experienced counsellors, IPT practitioners, supervisors, and trainers who are passionate about supporting both clients and practitioners to grow, heal, and thrive.

Lorraine Manley

MA in Counselling , Adv Post Grad Dip in counselling,

Lorraine is an accredited member of BACP, an accredited IPT UK Trainer, Supervisor and Practitioner, with over 25 years experience working as a Consultant Psychotherapist, CBT therapist, Counsellor, Supervisor and Trainer, in different NHS Trusts over various settings, including, Psychological services, Talking Therapies, and Secondary Care Services (CMHT’s).
Lorraine also spent 12 years working as a counsellor for young people in local authority youth service settings, across in schools and colleges.
Lorraine also worked as a Consultant CBT Psychotherapist for the NHS CMHT Psychology Department, offering High Intensity step 4 CBT and Psychotherapy.
Her supervision experiences has been to supervise qualified and student therapists, from both the field of counselling, psychotherapy and IPT, train supervisors and to offer consultant supervision. This would have covered the NHS, the private sector and voluntary services.

Sharon Willis


Associate Trainer
IPT Accredited trainer, supervisor & practitioner
MBACP,


Sharon is an accredited IPT Trainer, supervisor and psychotherapist, with over ten years’ experience working in the NHS.
She has previously worked within Further Education as a course leader and has taught level one counselling skills to adult learners.
Sharon was also part of the student advice and guidance team providing counseling to students, staff and young people in education.
She has also delivered training and CPD for blue light services.
Sharon has also worked for a charity-based organization focusing on substance misuse, working alongside Probation, MARAC, Social Services and other universal agencies. During this time Sharon delivered support groups, facilitated events and worked with families.
Sharon was also partnered with Bernardo’s on a project supporting families affected by substance misuse.


Louise Birch

Associate Trainer
MA Education, BSc (Hons) Psychology,
PGCE in education.
SEG Awards Level 2 & 3 in Counselling Concepts,
PostGrad Cert in Psychological Wellbeing Practice

Louise is currently working for the NHS Talking Therapy Services. She previously spent 10 years in Primary Education. She has extensive experience in research, and training as well as planning educational programmes for children and adults. Her research has included the psychological development of children.



Rachel Lloyd

Associate Trainer
IPT Accredited trainer, supervisor & practitioner
MBACP,


Rachel is a qualified IPT practitioner, supervisor, and IPTUK-accredited trainer.
With over 20 years experience working in a range of clinical settings within the NHS
Rachel qualified as an IPT accredited trainer in 2025 with the IPT West Midlands Training Centre, where she was responsible for delivery of the IPT practitioners training programme, workshops and supervision. She continued in this role until the centre closed in 2026.

Sarah Power

Digital lead and Course Coordinator
BSc (Hons) Psychology and counselling, BACP Student Member
 
Sarah is an experienced administrator with over 30 years of expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare settings. Alongside her professional role, she completed a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling and is now progressing her studies through an MSc in Counselling, further developing her therapeutic knowledge and person‑centred practice.

Rebecca Lee

Rebecca graduated from Nottingham University with an MA in Classical studies, then went on to work at Winchester University in a Marketing and Research role, and is now works as a freelance researcher.
