Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Bipolar

 Overview 
This specialist workshop is designed for qualified Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) clinicians who wish to deepen their skills when working with clients experiencing depressive symptoms within the context of a stable bipolar disorder diagnosis. The training will focus on integrating IPT techniques with an emphasis on social rhythms, a key area in supporting mood stability and recovery. 

Workshop Aim 
To equip IPT therapists with greater confidence and practical tools to work effectively with individuals diagnosed with Bipolar I or II who are currently in a depressive phase, using IPT principles and adaptations.
